Approved by Jilin Province Department of Education, Jilin Railway Technology College is granted to enroll “3+0” students on college degree in B section (General Diploma Degree Enrollment on Sino-foreign Cooperation in Education) in September 2014. This is a higher vocational education program in Railway Locomotive & Rolling Stock through National General Higher education enrollment plan, and it is a 3-year education program with 360 enrollments per year. After the graduation, the graduates will be issued Graduation Certificates by Jilin Railway Technology College and Course Completion Certificates issued by Woosong University only if the graduates achieve the academic criteria.
